Your care providers are given focused view of the tasks scheduled via an App on their device (iPhone, iPad, Android phone, iPod touch).  Tasks completed, late, or in danger of being late are displayed on a management dashboard.

Resident and Family Focused

Our family portal allows authenticated family the ability to view their loved ones service plan, upcoming and completed tasks.

Completion Question Workflow

When providers complete a task, you can setup a completion question workflow.  For example, completing a "Vitals" check task, could prompt the care giver to enter blood pressure, heart rate, and body temp directly into the app. That data is then available for reporting in the management portal.

Staff get a view of upcoming tasks.  Entering a tasks provides the caregiver with an image of the resident, details of the task that needs to be completed, and the scheduled completion window.  All of which can be customized in the management portal.

Completion workflow and data collection

Upon task completion a "completion question workflow" can be setup in the management portal.  This workflow allows you to force the caregiver to answer questions or input data about the task they just completed. The answer to a question can "drive" the provider into new questions.

How much does this cost?

Pricing is calculated based on the number of residents.  We are very competitive in our pricing and are confident you will get a far larger value from the software.

There are no contracts, you can cancel at any time. Our pricing is all inclusive.  You will get one price and it will cover the software, hosting, backups, and support.  

How many residents can the software support?

We do not enforce an upper limit on the number of residents.  We will work with you to configure the system in a way that works for you!  Also, ask about our concierge onboarding.

What devices are supported?

The management portal can be accessed from any modern browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and most others).

The service providers can use a variety of iOS or Android devices.  Apple iPhone SE, iPhone 8 or greater.  For Android, we support a variety of devices and we can work with you to ensure your desired device will work.
