Whats new August 2023!

It's the middle of summer, and while most folks may focus on heading to the beach or lake to take some much-needed respite, our focus has been on adding requested features and services! We are excited to announce two new reports and a new service. Many of these updates, like the ones I am about to describe, directly result from your feedback! So please, if you need a report or a feature that would make your life easier, reach out. We'd love to hear from you.


We just rolled out several new features that we think you will love. Let's start with reporting. We have added two new reports.

  1. Questions and Answers Report

  2. Service Plan Report

First, let's talk about the Questions and Answers Report. This is an excellent example of customer feedback leading to a great new feature. This report allows you to generate a report containing all of the service tasks with all the completion questions associated with those tasks in a horizontal format suitable for exporting to Excel. Additionally, you can group this report on any of the columns in the report. For example, you may want to group on the "Late" column. This would provide you with a list of all Incomplete Medication Reminders, for example, along with the answer to the completion question, "Why was the reminder not given?". This is a powerful report for staying on top of your service plans.


Second, the Service Plan Report. In essence, this is a way for you to export all of the service plan data in the system. You can do so for all residents or a subset. Or, you can report on a single service type or resource group.


Last we've added the ability for you to schedule your Service Plan Report to be delivered to your email daily via Secure Email. We've been asked a few times what to do if my facility's internet goes out. This is the answer. By emailing you the complete list of service plans via secure email each night, you will always be ready to continue providing top-notch care to your residents.
